We are looking for IT Hardware Technicians to join our Data Center team in a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension or become permanent. This role is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting edge data centers in the world.

The ideal candidate will support data center decommissioning activities under the direction of full-time operations staff.

Responsibilities:

• Physically removing servers, storage devices, and IT equipment from racks.
• Safely disconnecting power and data cables.
• Labeling, scanning, and staging assets for collection or secure disposal.
• Assisting with rack cleanup and site preparation for new deployments
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and chain-of-custody records throughout the decommissioning process.
• All work is performed in accordance with established safety procedures and data handling policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a data center, warehouse, or IT hardware environment
• Familiarity with basic rack systems, server components, and cable types
• Experience using barcode scanners or asset tracking tools
• Ability to follow and execute structured work instructions with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• Good communication skills for coordinating with on-site operations teams
• Basic computer literacy

The ideal candidate must be eligible to work full time in the country.

Salary: 31k
