We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our busy and dynamic auctioneers/estate agency office based in Kilkenny City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Managing incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries
  • Preparing property listings and documentation
  • General office administration and coordination of day-to-day activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a reactive, ever-changing environment
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with standard office software
  • Property experience an advantage but not essential
