We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accounts Assistant to join our friendly Finance team at The Westbury.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and finance to grow their career in a luxury hotel environment.

What you’ll do

Support the day-to-day running of the Accounts office
Reconcile daily cash and prepare bank lodgements
Process invoices, supplier payments & employee expenses
Assist with sales reports and weekly financial reporting
Support month-end processes (journals, P&L, reconciliations)
Assist with stocktakes and cost control
Monitor food margins and purchasing trends
Liaise with suppliers and group office
Handle queries from suppliers professionally
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis
