Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: FJS Plant, Naas Office
Hours: Part-time
Role Type: Office-based

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier statements at month end.
  • Complete purchase ledger month-end close.
  • Assist the Accounts Manager to ensure all invoices and payments are processed for month end.
  • Carry out general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
  • Undertake any other reasonable finance, accounts, or administrative duties as required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to work and problem solving.

Pay: €27,000.93-€43,932.66 per year
