About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will support the Finance team in the day-to-day administration of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all activities.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting reporting and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and general finance documentation
• Assist with bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with data entry and management of finance systems
• Ensure all documentation is completed and filed correctly
• Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
• Assist with audit preparation and general finance administration
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information
• Adhere to company procedures and financial controls

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or strong interest in finance, accounting, or administration
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good numerical and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
