We are looking to expand our technical team, if you are a good allrounder with experience in both desktop and server administration with an interest in progressing then this role might suit you. We are specifically looking for someone with technical support experience with a minimum of 2 years working in a similar role.

Experience in Microsoft Windows 10/11 Office 365, Windows Server 2019 or above, Anti-virus and EDR experience. Backup software. If you have any background in Vmware or firewalls this would be an added bonus but not necessary.

This role is based onsite in our office with visits out to customers in the Dublin region, you need to be customer focused with good communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and work as part of a team.

Full driving license required. Salary dependant on experience
