- Manage IT Services across production plant ensuring the optimum functionality of their systems
- Act as a point of contact for support issues
- Be willing to continue training in all areas of IT
- Identification of improvement projects and where availability permits delivery of these projects
- Be aware of IT security
- Identify & resolve risks
- Preparation of PCs laptops
- Manage file and print
- Monitor and manage backups
- Reseaech and recommend best fit solutions
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Customer focused IT Support Experience
- Experience tech support in the IT industry
- Experience delivering excellent service to customers
- Windows OS Support
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Server Support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €37,500.00-€42,500.00 per year
