Full job description
McGuire Haulage is the largest earth moving company in Ireland, including providing haulage for hire.
This role will play a key part in our administration team.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:-
- Create & maintain filing systems both electronic & physical
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports & other correspondence
- Create & send invoices to customers
- Review the data input to ensure the accuracy of information for invoice creation
- Handle customer account queries
- Ensure client information details are kept up-to-date
- Work closely with Transport Managers & provide administrative assistance
- Provide administrative support to colleagues across the team
- Any other administrative duties as required
Essential Skills
- Have a clear understanding of how the role brings value to the business.
- The ability to handle stakeholder queries calmly.
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- The ability to work with and build relationships with a diverse management team
- Detail focused with excellent technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with Sage an advantage.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
