Full job description

McGuire Haulage is the largest earth moving company in Ireland, including providing haulage for hire.

This role will play a key part in our administration team.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:-

  • Create & maintain filing systems both electronic & physical
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports & other correspondence
  • Create & send invoices to customers
  • Review the data input to ensure the accuracy of information for invoice creation
  • Handle customer account queries
  • Ensure client information details are kept up-to-date
  • Work closely with Transport Managers & provide administrative assistance
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues across the team
  • Any other administrative duties as required

Essential Skills

  • Have a clear understanding of how the role brings value to the business.
  • The ability to handle stakeholder queries calmly.
  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • The ability to work with and build relationships with a diverse management team
  • Detail focused with excellent technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience with Sage an advantage.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
