Role Overview

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage general office administration including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

· Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations.

· Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.

· Ensure the office environment is well-organized and welcoming.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

Candidate Requirements

· Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
