Full job description

We are currently recruiting for an administrative assistant to join our Kilkenny City based office.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • General office administration duties, i.e. printing & typing up documents
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Admin support duties to our estimating department

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a small integrated team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail imperative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
