Office Administrator / Receptionist – Part Time
Perfecto Print & Signs

Perfecto Print & Signs are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has strong administrative skills, and can provide excellent customer service and support to the wider team.

Position Details

  • Part-time position – 19 hours per week
  • Morning shifts
  • Based at Perfecto Print & Signs
  • Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
  • General office administration and data entry
  • Managing emails and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with customer orders and invoicing
  • Maintaining office records and filing systems
  • Supporting the production and sales team with administration tasks
  • Greeting customers and suppliers professionally

Requirements

  • Previous administration or office experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Sage desierable
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable manner
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
