Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and support the next phase of brand and business growth.

The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and drive strategic brand development across the UK, Ireland, and France. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and based at Head Office in Kilkenny, this role is responsible for developing the team, elevating the brand, and delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support both brand growth and commercial objectives.

Working within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, the successful candidate will oversee all B2B and B2C marketing activity, digital growth, brand development, and new product launches across the company portfolio.

This role would suit a highly organised, commercially minded marketing leader who is passionate about building premium brands and delivering measurable results in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
  • Strengthen and evolve the brand experience across all customer touchpoints internally, B2B, and B2C.
  • Drive digital marketing excellence and optimise digital customer journeys across all platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to generate insights that support data-driven strategies and commercial decision making.
  • Deliver best-in-class marketing assets across the UK, Ireland, and France including:
  • Digital content
  • In-store materials and POS
  • Video content
  • Packaging
  • Brochures
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Sales tools and presentations
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing activity with wider commercial objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with NPI and Sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own the delivery, measurement, and optimisation of the three-year brand development strategy across all markets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle required
  • 7–10 years’ experience in marketing leadership and people management.
  • Proven success managing and motivating high-performing, target-driven teams.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise including analytics, content, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans on time and within budget.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term commercial priorities with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK and international trade fairs when required.
  • Ability to work in Kilkenny on a weekly basis (hybrid working model – 3 days onsite).
