Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Kilkenny (Hybrid – 3 days onsite post-probation)
Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 + benefits

We are partnering with a leading brand in its sector to appoint an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing marketing function and drive brand and commercial growth across multiple markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketing leader to take ownership of strategic, integrated marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and France, while developing and mentoring a talented team.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing team and oversee all B2B and B2C marketing activities, brand development, digital growth, and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance
• Strengthen and evolve brand positioning across all internal, B2B, and B2C touchpoints
• Drive digital excellence and optimise customer journeys across channels
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform data-driven strategies
• Deliver high-quality marketing assets including digital content, in-store materials, video, packaging, and campaigns
• Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
• Collaborate on new product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Own and deliver a multi-year brand development strategy across key markets

About You

You are a results-driven marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building impactful brands in competitive environments.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A proven people leader with 7–10 years’ marketing experience
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and delivery-focused
• Digitally savvy, with strong knowledge of marketing technologies and trends
• A strong communicator, able to influence and build relationships across teams
• A creative thinker with a track record of delivering standout campaigns

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Strong experience in marketing leadership and team management
• Proven success delivering strategic marketing plans and measurable results
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and performance marketing
• Excellent project management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy
• Willingness to travel to the UK and attend international trade events
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
